[Headless 0.16.51] No update package to 0.17.0

I would like to update my headless server from 0.16.51 to 0.17.0. I am using the Factorio Updater script.
It pings the this endpoint and I believe it is looking for a entry to perform the update, but there is not one there.
Is the only way to update currently to do a fresh install? Should there be a new entry in this json? What is the process to update the headless server, and what should I do?
Please bear with me as I am new to running a headless Factorio server.
