[0.16.51] "Can't find external ip" when i create public game

[0.16.51] "Can't find external ip" when i create public game

I want create game for me and my friend, but when i create world, game writes me - "Can't find external ip".(It's not for LAN world, i create public)
I have a real IP adress from my internet provider and i have correct port forwarding in my router(but even without router - it not working).
