How to access the console on the server if I run the server as a service in Linux?

How to access the console on the server if I run the server as a service in Linux?

If I would wanna access the console on my headless factorio server which I run as a service in ubuntu server. How would I do?
I know that if I run the server as following:
$su factorio
$/opt/factorio/bin/x64/factorio --start-server savename
I can just use the console. I know I can get in game and do it as well but say I don't have the possebility to do so. How would one do in that case?
