[16.51] Map stop downloading after some Mb

I tried to play with my friend on a root server but after 6/19mb stop downloading and the downloadrate drops to 0kb/s (I can connect without any problems).

Made it myself, I deletet the in debian the udp port and changed maxupload speed to 200 kb

Exact same problem here, is there already a fix for this (log is simlar to mirkogamer's)?

On my vanilla factorio server (docker image but also tried to set up a windwos server) the map is ~2MB big and the progress bar of the download stops sometimes at 1/4 and sometimes at 3/4.

Already tried to limit the download speed.

If i start to play on the LAN there is no problem and the map loads fine, the port on the firewall is free and works.

Don't think it's a firewall problem, host many other games on the Server (Farming Simulator 18, Minecraft, CS:S, Teeworlds, Eco, Rust,...) and they work all perfectly fine (speed is also not the problem 500/500MB fiber connection with static ip adress and domain).

There's an issue in 0.16 where limiting the upload speed to too small of a value has an exponential slow-down effect to the point of killing the connection.

If your internet speed is fast, just don't limit the upload. It's fixed in 0.17.

Past that, I have no idea.
