[16.51] Multiplayer couldn't connect to server

Hi,
I can't connect to my friends' hosted game and they can't connect to mine, but I can connect to other servers with no problem. The error it keeps giving me is "Couldn't establish network communication with server." and we have tried to have other people host the server and sometimes I will be able to connect to them and sometimes I can't. No matter what we always have at least 2 of our friends that can't connect and gives the same error. PLZ help.
here is the log file:... I tried a lot of different things and times so this was one of my attempts to join.
