Razer Chroma not responding to Factorio

I have a Razer Cyanosa Chroma keyboard that I would like to use with Factorio, but the game is not interacting with the keyboard at all. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the setting to no effect. The keyboard works fine otherwise and interacts with other games, Synapse is up to date, and Factorio itself seems to run fine.

The error in your log is showing that the SDK failed to initialize correctly because one of the following functions couldn't be found in the version of the software you have installed:

CreateEffect, CreateKeyboardEffect, CreateMouseEffect, CreateHeadsetEffect, CreateMousepadEffect, CreateKeypadEffect

That most likely means you need to update the drivers/software for your keyboard.

That, or maybe you have one of those things explicitly disabled somewhere that would cause them to fail?

Hmm. I don't have anything disabled that I know about and it claimed to be to to date. I will try reinstalling Razer.

I reinstalled Razer. still no luck though unfortunately. Still the same error?
