[16.38] Window size/location not saved

When playing in windowed mode (not full screen), the size and location of the window is not saved on exit from the game.

What I did: I play in windowed mode. When the game starts, I move and resize the window to where I want it.

What happened: The next time I start the game, the window is back to the default size and location in the centre of the screen, not where I left it.

What I would like to happen: I would like the game to remember and restore the window to the size and position where I left it.

I love the game; this is a small annoyance but I think a trivial thing to fix.
