[15.40] Crash at 10-30% on start-up Fixed!

Hi guys!
Today I went back to play some Factorio which I hadn't played in awhile. While trying to start the game I found that i continued to crash as I started it up. Comparing my friends %appdata% folders I only have log files while he has many other folders. Im at a loss here. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (yes deleted the folders themselves) and taken it off steam. I cant figure out why it wont work. When I run as an administrator It makes it to %30 if that helps at all.
