sudden savegame almost no sounds

me and a friend are playing on his "world"/"Save" and sins yesterday a lot of sounds are bugged sometimes you can hear for a halve a sec your self walking the rest of the time not also if your real close to the train you can hear it but when its one cargo wagon father the sound is gone also you cant hear yourself shooting or biters attack you also the sounds of the programmable speaker are double when it goes off we tried a way earlier save and there it still works is there a way to fix this in this save ?
