Hi.

When I download win 64 16.13 zip package download speed is something around 15KB/s, so expected download time is 7h!
But for Win exe is about 1.5MB/s - 2.0MB/s. Does anyone have similar symptoms?

I had a similar experience re-downloading the MACOS version. I cancelled the download, wired my computer directly to my access point via ethernet cable, and the download time went from 4 hours to 8 minutes. this was last week sometime. your milage may vary.
