blueprints

no matter what i do i can't import blueprints. i haven't tried it in awhile though so i'm not sure how long i have had this problem. is this a bug or i'm doing something wrong, i normally go to factorio blueprints copy to clipboard them click the import in the game in the blue print section. i all tried coping then clicking import, and i also checked to see if the copy to clipboard feature was working by paste the information in a word document and it work there. any help? thank you
