Blazing fast internet but can't host/upload 4MB map.

Off topic: I was logged in to the forums here and filled out this entire post then had to log in when I attempted to submit. It said "You must be logged in to submit this." Then I logged in, again, and all the information was lost so I had to retype this all over again.

I have fast internet speeds:
120 MB/s Download
12 MB/s Upload
Factorio version 0.16.6
Hosted a 4.4 MB map and client had eta download time of 4 hours.
Client has decent internet speeds, plays regularly, could download my map via another method and host it back to me.
I also play the game normally otherwise.

I have macOS 10.13.2, 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7, 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3, AMD Radeon HD 6770M 1GB Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

Post the logs of server and client after a session with the issue.

The data you send gets repeatedly lost or corrupted on the way to this client.

Did you find a solution yet? I experience this issue only since 0.16. I also get a lot of

which are also found in your log. Did you experience the same issue with 0.15.40?

I ran into this problem because the server and my client were out of version sync. There was no indication on the client or in the server logs, besides the above, that I had the wrong version.
