Can't play in mutliplayer

Hello, i just buy/install Factorio from steam, and i can't join any public games in "browse public games" , i have this error : in english : " select failed : An operation has been attempted on something else than a socket "

- i don't have mods
- My saves files is empty

Moreover, when i try to create a mutiplayer game i have another error, " unable tu determine external ip address: Players might not be able to connect"
