Lag and freezes on MultiplayerServer

Hi there,

i have big problems on our Multiplayer server (im the only one who have this problem). We are using Bob's and Angles mods + some other mods.
After 5 days game time on this map my game is starting to freaking out my FPS drops to 4.5 FPS and i cant walk anymore.
I tried to load the save at singleplayer... game works fine. it lagging only on the server. I read that a solution could be to turn down the game speed. we are playing at gamespeed 0.8 now, but i have still the same problems.
I tried to use the non steam version...same Problem.
(try to get a better screenshot when the lags back again)

Sounds very much like the standard can not keep up with the server problem, beyond the measures to improve performance here: 4400, there are no practical recommendations.
