Crash On Starting New World [15.34]

So as I started a new Angels Run, and as I pressed generate, it gave me an error and told me to go here. I tried again. Same result. I tried deleting the mods, the save files, and Uninstallng and reinstalling the game, No Dice. I used alot of angels mods, and some smaller mods, like Ore Eraser and Nanobots: Early Game Bots, And Power Armor MK3 and MK4. The Code i got upon the crash is with this message.
