hi, we are playing with 2 people. And we have 2 teams. We startet with very low evolution-factor.
Now it´s to easy. Can we set the evolution higher? Is this correct?
/c game.forces["enemy"].evolution_factor=X
But we don´t wan´t loosing the other mechanics(like pollution) to influence the evolution after setting up this code in the console. So if we set it to 0.4 instead of 0.1 we don´t wan´t to make it static.
So does ist work?

Setting up evolution will only change it's value leaving all other mechanics without changes.
It might break a bit values shown by /evolution command. Everything else should work without problems.
