Map download speed 4kb/s

Hello, Iam hosting a hamachi server for few players but theyre download speed is really slow(around 4kb/s +-30min download) Any idea on how to fix it ?
Ive tried:
headless server
connect with public server(hosted by me)
add virtual server port to my router(34197) and my ip adress
alternatives to hamachi (evolve, tunngle)

My friends internet speed: about 800kb/s download 600kb/s upload

The only thing I can think of, is that if you're always hosting on the same machine that you're running VPN on (with encryption enabled it's taxing, and compression will contribute to a lesser degree), then your cpu may be getting taxed beyond its comfort level. I only say that because when I google hamachi, evolve and tunngle, they all come up as VPN services.

You can try disabling compression and encryption, and/or switching to UDP can squeeze out a bit more bandwidth if you're currently using TCP. Other than that, I can't think of anything at the moment.
