Game's resolution started so large I cant change it??

Basically im on windows 10 got it on steam, played it on my laptop it was fine, but when I got onto the desktop the resolution was insane.. I went to go change it in the options but.. the resolution was so off that I can't even see the apply button to confirm the settings.. :/

Press Alt+Enter to go to fullscreen, then go to Options --> Graphics and you should be able to reduce the UI scale and click the back button.
