Game crashing load screen. 15.31

Every time I load the game it stops at 40% loading bitmaps. Here is the log:

You do not meet the minimum hardware requirements for the game, reducing the settings by editing the settings file might let you play it, but your hardware is generally not supported so I'll move this to Technical Help.
