Multiplayer Lags for a few players

Hi,

Im hosting a headless server on a Debian computer, i only run factorio on it for the time being. For most players its no problem playing on the server, though for some the server lags really really much. Though other servers do not lag for them.

We usually have 3-4 players at the same time, in total around 10 but never at the same time. The computer has a dual-core 2gHz and 2gb RAM.

Its behind a PF-Sense and on a 100/100 line.

I do not really know were to start looking to find what could be the problem, so i do not now what logs to put up here but will get any log needed if you might know what could be the trouble.
