How to auto save a headless erver

how could i autosave my headless server. i want it to save on my exit and have autosaves every so long like a single player game on the gui. how could i do this.

Google search for how to setup the .json file. It's like a separate config file, and with it you can tell the server to autosave at whatever interval you'd like.
