I am having a problem downloading theWindows zip for 0.15.21 - Kaspersky finds a virus signature in a javascript file: Is this a known problem? I can't find anything in the forums.

Looks like false-positive, and even if it is not, this is just documentation bundled with game, it is not executed unless you go in game folder and open api documentation html file.

Of course it's a false positive. The problem is not that I am afraid of a virus but that Kaspersky does not allow me to download the zip, and I am not an admin on that machine. I have found a way around it, but I thought it might be of interest anyway.

It is a little javascript with 15 lines of innocent code. I submitted it to Kaspersky VirusDesk as a false positive. Not much more one can do I suppose.
