Game Crash during Savegame Loading

Hi,

since the last update (0.10.3) i'm not able to load my saved game.
I get always the following Error-massage:

"Error when creating segment 629, found rail already connected to segment 360."

Is there any possibility to fix this problem or do i have to start a new game?
