Lightweight windows server version?

Hi,

Very new to the forums, very old to Factorio. I HOPE this is posted in the right place, if not, please tell me and I'll do something about it.

Is there any way to release a zip that we can use on servers that doesn't include all the graphics please? Since the new HD graphics, it takes forever to update my server, worse so if there's a few patches out in a single day. Not asking for anything major, just a zip that doesn't include the graphics. Unless there's another option already in place like allowing the game to update from the command line or something?
