Idk if this is a bug or not but help please

I dont know what Im suppose to log into when filing this form out. But I have tried logging into steam and my factorio account both I had no luck with. Please help

Your steam version is linked to another factorio account. Around you is there anybody that play on the same pc that could have linked their factorio account with your steam version ?
Anyway, if you are able to justify that you are the rigthfull owner of the steam version you are using, you can mail
support@factorio.com and they will help you.
Edit : maybe you have linked you steam version to another factorio account ?
