Hello,
I have some problems with Factorio multiplayer (normal version and experimental version)
- when i try to make a multiplayer world it says:
Failed to determine external IP address. Other players might not be able to connect. (see screenshot)
- i can join only 1/4 of the public games, when i try to join the 3/4 of other games it says:
Couldn't establish network communication with server. (see screenshot)
Is there something wrong with my IP address?
can anybody help me? (btw i'm not good at computer stuff and sorry for the bad english xD)

I'm having the exact same problem and I've tried a bunch of other solutions that people have suggested... I just bought this game and I cant play mp

Having a similar issue in a couple of locations where i play. Have had better success playing over LAN with Hamachi.
I think that the UDP packets are triggering Flood prevention in many networks causing requests to time out.
