Creating my own Server Mod-Problems

hi,
im kinda new for making factorio Servers and am totally confused why it doesnt run properly...
i tested my mod-pack on my HDD and it runs without any problems. Then i uploaded the mods to a factorio server and got some error-messages: " Mods mismatch detected! Bio_Industries: Mod contents are different even though versions are the same
Teleportation is only on the Server."
i killed my Server and uploaded everything again but it still happens
. How can this Mods mismatch? its exactly the same, the Server should not upgrade any mods by itself and i have the Teleportation mod also on my Pc.
