Just loaded 0.15.10, game is crashing at about 50% of loading bar. No mods loaded, game is crashing at title screen. Current logfile:

Simillar issue. Game crashed at 89%. Rolling back to 0.15.9 solved it.
Reupdating to 0.15.10 causes the same issue.

Both of you have the same problem. You are using the High graphics option while your hardware can't handle it. Change your graphics quality to normal and it should be fine.

I couldn't start the game either after I updated to 0.15.10. I didn't help to go back to 0.15.9. I have to choose the stabel version 0.14.23 to even start the game. I have some mods installed but it is only the base mod which is active at the moment.

I don't know what the problem was. After I posted here I tried to start the game one more time on 0.14.23 followed by change it to 0.15.9. This time the game started. I could even start the game on the latest version.
It seems to be working fine now.

I think I know the problem now. It has nothing to do with the version of the game. I have three computer monitors. If i update the game or a mod on monitor 3 I can't start the game on v0.15.x. I have to start on the stable v0.14.23 click Options->Graphic and change to start on monitor 2. After I have done that the problem is gone.

my game will come up as running but it doesn't open and after it says running it just says nothing

Some third-party software is interfering with the Steam version of Factorio.
If you use Razer Synapse then close it (killing the process might be further required).
If you use Trend Micro AV/Security then see
this thread.
If you use Comodo AV/Security then add an exception ("Exclusion") for Factorio.
Otherwise what AV/Security have you installed and do you use any other gaming-related third-party software (OSD screens, overclocking utilities, mouse/keyboard utilities)?
