15.9 Batteries

I can't seem to create a battery recipe for a L2 assembler.
Battery is researched. The hand crafting shows the battery in red.
Am I missing something really obvious?

Or do you mean the equipment thingy battery?
Btw, is it really okay that the game has two different items with the same name?

Wasn't it also craftable only in chemical plant before .15?

Batteries have always been a chemical plant recipy, even before 0.15. I think the OP simply got confused
