Can't log on to "mods.factorio.com"

I will show a mp4 of what happens below.
First I enter my username with a wrong password to show what happens when I enter the wrong password compared to when I enter the right one. Then I enter my username along with my password and the page loads for a while and then gives up. The in-game mod manager however logs in without issue and works perfectly fine when the servers are working correctly.
