Low UPS and low FPS, why?

Hi, see my attached save. I started it in 0.14. It runs quite slow. On my game pc (Core i5 4670k @ 4.0GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX1080, game installed on SSD) I won't get more than 30 FPS/UPS most of the time. Is there a specific reason? Too many drones, too many belts, or something else? What can I do to improve FPS/UPS? When in multiplayer, some of my friends can't catch up with the game. I hope somebody can shed some light on this problem! Thanks
