Desync when placing a Blueprint - Mods

Hello everyone,

a friend and I are having a problem in or modded campaign, when I try to place a Blueprint I get desynced. I tried this 6 times with different blueprints. Is there a way, and is it wise, to troubleshoot this myself? Or is there anybody here that is willing to help me to it? Should I try somewhere else?

Mods we are using: Autofill, Bob's Assembling machines, Bob's Config mod, Bob's Electronics, Bob's Enemies, Bob's Functions Library mod, Bob's Greenhouse mods, Bob's Logistics mods, Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates, Bob's Mining, Bob's Modules, Bob's Ores, Bob's Power, Bob's Revamp mod, Bob's Tech, Bob's Warfare, Bottleneck, Clock, Foreman, Long Reach, Nanobots: Early Bots, Resource Spawner Overhaul, ShinyBob, Squeak Through, Upgrade Builder and Planner

Playing on 0.14.23

It has been working for weeks now until we started today. Pretty sure we haven't changed anything but my friends opens the game so im not sure and he isnt only right now.
Factory isnt huge either, we arent even making Titanium yet or anything.

Hope anybody can help me or at least give me pointers on how to proceed from here, thank you!

I'm sorry, but desyncs from 0.14.23 are not investigated anymore, there's a good chance it has already been resolved in the latest 0.15.x.

I would have liked to investigate it, but the devs also removed extended (human-readable) desync information from desync reports in 0.14.23 to make the map download after desync smaller and without it I can't do anything.
