[0.15.2] Bizzare mod error

Ok, what the hell is going on here? This has popped up after disabling my mods, eventually deleting them, and even reinstalling the game!

The "Disable all mods" button also disables the base mod (this should be fixed in 0.15.3), you can get it running again by going into the mods folder (%appdata%\Factorio\mods) and deleting the mod-list.json file.
