update to 0.10 ?

Hi my game will not update to the 0.10 i tried reinstalling when the game start it will not prompt with a update. i bought thew highest tier could any one tell me what i am doing wrong ?

Enable "enable experimental updates" under options->other. Then restart the game. If everything is correct, this should prompt the update for 0.10
