I searched and read through many threads, but all of them seemed to involve somebody else trying to play from across the pond. My problem is strictly with a LAN multiplayer session. My brother and I tried playing on my network. Both of us were hard wired to the router and about 10 minutes into the game he kept getting lag, and connection to server messages. What kind of setting do i need to adjust? I was playing on a custom gaming pc and hosting and he was on my Lenovo laptop.

My first attempt would be to ping the laptop from the my PC with CMD, to see if the connection is and stays stable while the game lags.
