that's problem with mod, you have god modules enabled, but missing some dependency, either disable god modules or disable/remove bobextended mod

also i suggest using "spoiler" tag, when posting logs. to prevent "wall of text to scroll"

Looking in a wrong folder, ~/Library/Application Support/factorio/mods/

i don't have mac at hand, can check in few hours, but i think, mods, like saves, should be in user library folder.

if you look at your log, should be this folder in your case
~ is just shorthand for /Users/[macloginname] - eg. Home folder

In Finder, use Command+Shift+G to open a "Go to" style box. (if you've got a Windows keyboard, it'll be the Windows key instead of the Command key)

Inside it, paste the following: You should see a folder called "mods". Inside it you will be able to configure your mods.
