Game stops when on Elementary OS - (based on Ubunu 16.04LTS)

Hello,
I installed Factorio on my laptop with Elementary OS. Game is running great, but when I switch to another app and then back to the game (typically ALT + Tab) the game get freezed. It wont crash but music is off, screen is not moving and game doesnt react on any button/click. I have to kill the process so I lost my progress. Is it a bug or is there any way how to solve it? Thank.
