Where to put map, where to put mods? dependencys? simple helpme.html? where do i find the authentification?

How to edit the first 2 rows?
{
"name": "Name of the game as it will appear in the game listing",
"description": "Description of the game that will appear in the listing",
"tags": ["game", "tags"],

MAYBE link it in the headless server download site AND include a readme.

You shouldn't put mods or saves in the data directory.
Use the directories /factorio/factorio/saves and /factorio/factorio/mods, create them if they don't exist.

So, just include this dirs?
I dont get it.

If tehres a predefined directory, include it, also the -h file doesnt tell anythign about it, its talking about the path.

Hows the correct syntax and where to put the files.

If i just specify the map, it start, but i cant find it on LAN or on public or via direct connect.

i NEVER had so much trouble setting a server up. I dont get it.

Which Arguments are NEEDED and which NOT? It seems to start with only savefile, but does it use the settings file/mods then?

edit:
Crazy after 1294713 times it worked, i can atleast direct connect, but why its not listed and why i dont see it in LAN?

1.) Is it bc i changed standard port?

2.) And hey great all sciene is lost! Is that normal?

3.) all building by mods a lost, is that normal?

If you have the mods installed correctly on your client, but not the server, everything that the mods add will be missing.
