[0.14.8] Vanilla, desync when joining server

I tried to join a particular server, and got caught in what seems to be a desync loop as described in https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comme ... sync_loop/ Exiting the client (Alt-F4) was needed to get out of it. Upon restarting the client and connecting to the same server, it desynced again. A desync report of my last join attempt is attached, this is without any mods installed.
