Im trying to run a headless server on my computer so when im off my friends can still play.
the server starts with no errors but when anyone tries to join it gives the error in the attachment
factorio is running the newest experimental version.

Version number of server and the factorio client are same? And which one is it?

both were the same version (the newest experimental version)
they patched the issue in the newest experimental version so its resolved.
old users were counting towards the player cap
