Desyncreport - Loading map loop

Hello my dear friends
Since yesterday our server suddenly has the descyn - reloading map loop - infinite...
We have the Vanilla Game running, no mods
We have the same Version of factorio - the newest. Always updating if smth new
cannot move anymore or do anything, a server restart results in you are able total randomly from 5- up to 20 minutes to play again till it goes again in the loop
i searched google and this forum, didnt find something helpful to fix this...
