My Server won't display in Public List

Hi,
Im a factorian since a week, loving it so much i rent myself a server.
The thing here is, it is possible to connect to it via IP connection, but as the title says it won't display into the public server list.
The hosting company says it must be Factorio's develpoer team "fault".
Therefor; could you help me in someway to make my server run properly?
If it helps, this is its IP: 128.65.222.33:34197
