Is there a new way to bring up network inventory? used to be able to mouse over a network chest to see everything, now half of it is hidden so unless what you are looking for is in the top 4 rows the whole thing is pretty useless.

I guess if you change your ui scale setting to custom 50%, you'll be able to see more.

To make room on display to see more inventory, you can disable the minimap (temporary unless you don't use it).

in addition to disabling the minimap and changing the UI scale, you also can get rid of some other info that is displayed above the network contents by not hovering above a chest and instead hovering over a pole that is connected by wire to a roboport.
this works because: in factorio 0.13.x, roboports can be connected to circuit networks to get signals for all items in the network, and hovering above poles shows a list of all signals connected to that pole, thus showing the contents of the network. connecting a pole is also useful to see signals for debugging other circuit setups.
of course, with so many items in vanilla, and even many more items when using several mods, it would be nice if the game itself has better means to see the full list of items in the logistics network, eg some scrollbar, and/or variable width of that display, etc.
