Client NAT issues with headless on dedi

Currently running a 0.13.3 headless on Linux (Debian). There are no iptables or firewall rules to interfere with anything, it's just a straight shot from box to web. The issue is that none of my clients can connect without having DMZ'd their connections. The issue occurs with or without clients on the server when they try to connect.
Console output of server startup, client connect attempt, drop, and server shutdown:
http://puu.sh/pQO3A/141ca88596.txt
Again, this server isn't behind any form of NAT, firewall, etc. It's a dedicated server, used to host a bunch of other game servers.
Thanks.
