E-mail showing on map & structure info, how to change?

I've logged in using my email address and now all structures are shown as "Built by: <email>" and it also shows my email address on the map.

I've changed my multiplayer username in the options, but that only changes it in new games and not my current save, is there any way to change it in the current save, as it's quite inconvenient having your email shown while streaming.
