Couldn't reach the auth server.

Has updated to the new version 0.13, I could not connect to the public server. when I try to enter my Account, I get the error "Could not reach the auth server."
It happens in the Steam version and not in the Steam version 0.13 and 0.13.2. My friends doesn't have such problems. I have a router Asus RT-N66U. Also I cant get the access to the "Install Mods" and "Update check" from the game menu.

Are you sure you don't have a firewall running that blocks all communication attempts from Factorio?

Yes indeed the firewall, but before it does not interfere update. Tell me what ports are used Factorio?
