We are having some teething issues with our steam linking showing memberships as free, please bear with us while we resolve them

I just bought the game yesterday from Steam, and I am experiencing the same problem.

My Steam account looks like it's linked to the Factorio account, but I can't log in to the Factorio account and play multiplayer games because it tells me to buy the game.

I have the same problem and also, i'm getting achievments in game, but they are not shown on steam account. Not sure if this problems are somehow connected.

Same probleme here, my friend link is account after the 0.13.0 Update and it work perfectly :/

I think it is being worked on.

When the problem is solved? Any encouraging information?

I'm a Factorio player for some time now and i've read the Forum every week at least once ( FFF ^^).
But until now i haven't registrated on your Page yet, since i play on Steam.
Today on the 0.13 Patch-Day i finally registrated because i had to, to play with my Friend later today.

Sadly im also an victim of the "Free Membership"-Bug.
I hope it is fixed soon.

Still you made a really addicting game so far..good work!!

What would a world without Bug be? Quite a boring one!!!

I forgot to tell you one thing in the registration that bugged me.
My Steam Account was already linked after the registration without entering any data.

Should all be fixed now, please recheck your accounts and email me (support[at]factorio.com) if you still show as free membership

I'd rather not spawn another thread, but what about poor people who bought from GOG and still have "Insufficient membership" when trying to install mods ?

Another poor GoG'er here too. Just got 0.13 installed and now seeing the insufficient membership trying to go multiplayer

We are adding serial keys for GOG users on thursday,
This will allow you to upgrade a factorio account to full membership on par with website and steam users

Umm, one slight problem... its not fixed. I'm in 0.14.21 and I'm getting the "free membership" bug... but my Steam account is linked. WHAT?

It is fixed, your account is showing properly with the membership on the website system, your account was just not verified when you tried to login
