"Access is Denied"

I'm getting an "Access is Denied" error message.
Sometimes this happens when I start the game:

And sometimes it happens when the game tries to save:

This only happens intermittently, and is more noticable with the autosave since that happens more often.

I found an ancient thread reporting something similar: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1707&hilit=access+is+denied
But that doesn't give me much to go on.
I have UAC disabled, don't run any anti-virus, and DEP is set to system services only.

I have Windows 7 64, and the drive it's saving on is an SSD.

Suggestions to diagnose what's happening ?

Hi,

I have experienced a similar 0/1 magic access denied bug I have never been able to find the source, it just stopped happening at some point. Sometimes, it will come back, reproduce a few times, and stop again. The specific symptomes are slightly different, but a lot has changed in the game since then, and I haven't seen it for a very long time.
Here are a few topics that *might* be related (the first being mine, and I realize I didn't even answer to Kovarex, bad me :? ) :

From what I remember, a temp file is created when you play and sometimes, upon quiting (even properly with the "Quit" button), it will become unaccessible, as if one had lost all rights on it, and wasn't the owner anymore. Deletion with admin right did seem to do the trick.

I had a look at the file attributes for any read-only, and haven't spotted any.
I also ran CheckDisk on my drives just in case.
Still seen the Access Denied messages a couple of times since.

I tried enabling the Verbose Logging option, but that didn't show any error having happened.
