Remove the -- in config file.
So only max-texture-size=4096.

I looked at your firt post - it seems you have only 2GB of RAM total.
You can try to reduce graphics quality in options or in config file.

Setting it to low should help.

Is there any chance you can get more RAM?

For some reason minimum requirements on page state game needs 1GB RAM / 512MB VRAM but I don't see it working in that configuration.
You have 2GB total of which some part is shared for video memory. If setting graphics to very low and texture memory usage to low doesn't help then there might not be a way to get game working for you on this hardware.

IT WOOOOOOOOOOORKEDD! Whatever the reason was, it started working immediately i upgraded to Windows 10, don't know but i' so happy beacouse of this game :'v
