The wiki assumes you have the latest version, 0.12.23. Your game is quite outdated!
For 0.11.22 you'd have to use game.alwaysday = false

Ok, thank you, but if I change my version, I have to start the game, because it is not compatible with the new version, except that we should do something?

If you download the latest version you can still continue your current save game, you won't have to restart

In your save game folder, if you unzip it, you should see a control.lua. What you will need to do is delete that control.lua and replace it with the one i have attached.
Then you can load the game no problem

I can not go on the record because it is present only during the loading of the party, and the load is too fast, and once finished loading the file disappears

You change it before you load it in appdata/roaming/factorio/saves
